British Orienteering Checkpoint Punches
The British Orienteering Checkpoint Punches provide a reliable, practical tool for orienteering events, training, and educational activities. Constructed from durable plastic, each punch is lightweight yet sturdy, making it easy for participants to carry while navigating courses. Supplied in sets of 10, the punches allow multiple checkpoints to be equipped simultaneously, supporting larger events and ensuring smooth progression from start to finish. Available in two variations, these punches offer versatility to match different course designs, difficulty levels, or training requirements.
Their ergonomic design allows quick and secure punching of control cards, ensuring accurate recording of each participant’s progress without slowing down the event. Because they are easy to handle and operate, both beginners and experienced orienteers can use them confidently. Whether for school activities, club events, or competitive orienteering, the British Orienteering Checkpoint Punches combine durability, reliability, and practicality, helping organisers and participants enjoy a structured, accurate, and engaging navigation experience.
Great for School Activities, Club Events, or Competitive Orienteering
Beyond durability and ease of use, the British Orienteering Checkpoint Punches enhance event efficiency, accuracy, and participant engagement. The lightweight design makes it simple to place and retrieve punches at multiple checkpoints across various terrains. Because the punches are supplied in sets of 10, organisers can establish extensive courses, catering to larger groups or varied skill levels. Transitioning between checkpoints becomes smooth, allowing participants to maintain momentum while recording progress accurately.
The two variations offer flexibility, enabling differentiation between courses, age groups, or difficulty levels, which supports inclusive participation. Additionally, the punches operate reliably in different weather conditions, ensuring consistent performance during outdoor events. By combining ergonomic design, robust construction, and versatility, these punches help reduce administrative errors while keeping participants focused on navigation and strategy.
